Education Watch Ghana (Africa Education Watch) is calling for at least 2% of the national budget to be allocated to inclusive education to strengthen support for learners with special needs. The group says increased funding is necessary to improve infrastructure, teaching resources, and accessibility within the education system. It argues that stronger investment in inclusive education will help ensure equal learning opportunities for all students across Ghana.
