Elizabeth Dansoa Osei, Fellow

Elizabeth Dansoa Osei, B.A. in Political Science with Philosophy, Univeristy of Ghana, Masters of Public Policy, Univeristy of Oxford, is a public policy researcher and education policy specialist with a strong focus on equity, inclusion, and systemic reform in African education systems.

She has extensive experience working with governments, international organizations, having worked with institutions such as UNESCO, UNICEF, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), and multiple ministries in Ghana and Preston Consults in Nigeria.

She works as a Research and Policy Evaluation Officer with UK’s Office for Standards in Education (Ofsted).

Beyond her professional work, Elizabeth is a committed education advocate and leader, and has initiated and led community-based education and mentorship programs impacting over several students in rural Ghana.

As an Eduwatch Fellow, Elizabeth will contribute to research, policy analysis, and advocacy, aimed at advancing accountable, inclusive, and high-quality education systems across the continent.
